- 02We structure and coordinate your planned international healthcare journey: administrative analysis, coordination of exchanges, planning and support according to the chosen service. No medical outcome or timeframe is guaranteed.
- 03All medical decisions are the exclusive domain of healthcare professionals. MSM does not make any clinical decisions. MSM assumes no responsibility for medical choices or outcomes.
- 04It collects information for feasibility analysis and estimation by our staff, with your consent. This information is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis or advice.
- 05Yes. All data is protected according to our Privacy Policy, with strictly limited access. MSM cannot guarantee absolute security in the event of an external breach.
- 06Yes. Some information may be shared with collaborators and technology suppliers outside Quebec, in Canada or internationally. You accept these transfers and MSM declines all responsibility for local laws.
- 07MSM is not a "covered entity" or a "business associate" under HIPAA. Medical care provided by third parties remains subject to their own obligations. MSM assumes no responsibility in connection with HIPAA or other regulations.
- 08All fees are billed and paid directly to the professionals or healthcare facilities. MSM only bills for its coordination fees. MSM assumes no responsibility for payments or medical disputes.
- 09Prices are in USD. CAD equivalents are indicative and subject to exchange rates. MSM accepts no responsibility for conversion differences.
- 10Applicable taxes are specified at the time of payment. MSM cannot guarantee tax changes.
- 11Conditions vary depending on the service and stage of the case, as detailed in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. MSM assumes no responsibility for refunds from third-party services.
- 12No. However, they can be credited according to the terms of purchase of the package. These credits are subject to current policy.
- 13MSM will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. MSM does not guarantee availability and accepts no responsibility for delays or cancellations.
- 14No. The processing times depend on the completeness of the application and the availability of staff. MSM declines all responsibility for delays or inability to process.
- 15No. In case of emergency, contact local emergency services immediately or go to the nearest facility. MSM is not responsible for complications arising from the lack of emergency services.
- 16It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance for the duration of your stay. MSM can provide guidance on options, but all insurance policies remain managed by third parties according to their own policies. MSM is not responsible for insufficient or refused coverage.
- 17Yes, subject to applicable laws. Removing essential authorizations may make coordination impossible. MSM declines all responsibility for the consequences of the withdrawal.
- 18No. MSM does not guarantee any accommodation. When requested, MSM can only offer or suggest accommodation options near care facilities, provided by independent third-party providers. MSM does not operate, manage, invoice or collect any payments related to hosting. Reservations, payments, cancellation policies, quality standards, availability, disputes, and liabilities related to accommodation are the sole responsibility of the relevant third-party providers. MSM disclaims all direct or indirect liability in this regard.
- 19No. Transportation costs to the destination are not included, including flights, transfers, taxis, or any other means of transport. As part of a VIP option, MSM may charge for and coordinate a service provided by an independent third-party provider, subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions. MSM acts solely as an administrative coordinator and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or continuity of services. ⚠️ Warning All responsibility related to transport, delays, incidents, losses, or disputes lies exclusively with the third-party service provider. MSM disclaims all liability to the extent permitted by law.
- 20No. Fees and payment policies are the sole responsibility of the medical staff. ⚠️ Warning MSM declines all responsibility for savings or prices.
- 21Only the information necessary for feasibility analysis, estimation and coordination, according to your consent, is shared. MSM does not control the use of this information by third parties.
