My Medical Getaway provides non-clinical administrative and logistical assistance to individuals who wish to explore planned medical care options abroad. Our services may include file organization, coordination of document transmission, facilitation of introductions to independent medical providers, appointment requests and certain general arrangements related to the stay.
All medical care, assessments, recommendations, treatments, medical pricing and availability remain the sole responsibility of independent healthcare professionals and facilities. My Medical Getaway’s role is limited to facilitation, coordination and non-clinical support.

We support the administrative and logistical organization of your planned medical travel, from file preparation to the coordination of the different steps of the process. We facilitate introductions to independent providers based on the information submitted and the availability communicated.

Language should not make your process unnecessarily difficult. Depending on needs and availability, we may coordinate language support to help facilitate your exchanges with independent healthcare professionals.

Depending on the selected option, the planned itinerary and provider availability, we may coordinate certain local transfers between the accommodation and healthcare facilities through independent transportation providers.

My Medical Getaway facilitates introductions to the appropriate facilities or professionals and coordinates the administrative and logistical steps of the process.
All medical care, examinations, assessments, medical recommendations, availability, timelines and medical pricing are determined and provided by independent clinics, hospitals or healthcare professionals.
Some consultations or examinations performed abroad may, depending on your coverage, be eligible for partial reimbursement. Conditions vary according to your private insurance, plan and place of residence. My Medical Getaway cannot guarantee any reimbursement. We recommend that you verify directly with your insurer before departure.
