Payment is only due after receipt of preliminary information from the independent provider and your decision to proceed.

PROCEDURE Step by step
1. OPENING A FILE
Complete the information questionnaire, confirm the required consents and securely pay the $100 CAD file opening fee.
2. FILE VERIFICATION
Our team verifies the information submitted, ensures that the required elements are present, and prepares your file for the next stage of the process.
3. SECURE TRANSMISSION
In accordance with the consents confirmed in your questionnaire, your file is securely transmitted to the relevant healthcare facility or independent healthcare professional.
4. ANALYSIS BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER
The independent provider analyzes the submitted information and can provide, as appropriate, the proposed care, the estimated length of stay, an estimate of medical costs, and the next steps.
5. PRESENTATION OF ESTIMATES
Our team presents you with the information received from the independent provider, the applicable administrative and logistical steps, as well as the coordination package offered for the rest of your journey.
6. PURCHASE OF THE PACKAGE
If you choose to proceed, you will purchase the coordination package. My Medical Stay will then confirm the next steps related to organizing your stay.
7. ORGANIZATION OF THE STAY
Our team coordinates the applicable administrative and logistical elements: general planning, pre-departure information, appointment coordination, arrival transfer included and available optional services.
8. DEPARTURE, STAY, RETURN
You travel with all the information you need for your stay. Once your trip is complete, our team remains available for any administrative questions related to the coordination services provided.
