3. Independent Providers and Client Choice

My Medical Getaway Inc. / Mon Séjour Médical Inc. may present or facilitate introductions to certain facilities, clinics, physicians, healthcare professionals or independent providers, depending on the information provided by the client, the destination considered, communicated availability and the general nature of the request.

The final choice of provider belongs to the client, who remains free to accept, refuse or consult any other provider of their choice.

My Medical Getaway Inc. / Mon Séjour Médical Inc. does not provide medical recommendations, does not select a provider based on a clinical evaluation, and does not guarantee the quality, outcome, availability, timelines, final medical pricing or medical result of services provided by an independent provider.

 

4. U.S. Clients and HIPAA

If the visitor or client is located in the United States, they understand that My Medical Getaway Inc. / Mon Séjour Médical Inc. is an administrative and logistical coordination company.
