Effective and personalized support for your medical care
1. Before we begin
See what is included and not included in our unique package, then discover the services offered by our partner establishments.
2. File opening — health questionnaire + consent + payment (mandatory step)
Officially launch your process by opening your file: you fill in the health questionnaire, give your consent to transmission, then make the secure payment of 100 USD (≈ 139 CAD).
The amounts in Canadian dollars (CAD) are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the prevailing exchange rate.
This amount will be 100% credited to your plan if you proceed. You will immediately receive official confirmation and a receipt.
3. Verification and secure transmission of the file
Our team ensures that your file is complete to avoid any delays, then securely transmits it to our collaborating medical center.
4. Assessment and personalized plan
The collaborating medical center assesses your situation and proposes a clear plan including: recommended care/tests, estimated length of stay, cost estimate and next steps.
Separate payments: My Medical Stay bills for coordination; care is billed and paid directly to the medical center.
5. Confirmation — purchase of the one-time coordination package
You confirm your commitment by purchasing our unique coordination package. Once payment is made, you will receive a receipt, a confirmation, and initial planning information.
6. Procedure — travel and information to be transmitted
To finalize your arrangements, you book your flight and accommodation (through our partners, if you wish) and purchase travel insurance (recommended). Then, you provide our team with your travel dates, flight number, and accommodation address.
A VIP transport option may be offered once accommodation information has been received.
7. Pre-departure preparation — documents and VIP transport option
Once the planning is confirmed, our team will send you the medical plan, the list of required documents and a pre-departure checklist.
If you choose the VIP Transport option (optional), our team coordinates your transfers with a private driver (airport, accommodation, medical centers) and provides you with the pick-up information.
8. Arrival at destination — confirmation required
Upon your arrival, confirmation is automatic if you have chosen the VIP Transport option: your driver confirms your arrival to our team and you don't have to do anything.
Without the VIP Transport option, you confirm your attendance by message (or email). This confirmation ensures your appointments are kept and the schedule runs smoothly.
Our team remains available 24/7 during your stay to assist you and answer your questions.
9. Return home — follow-up and support
Once you're back home, our team remains available to answer your questions. You're also invited to share your experience, and we can offer support in planning future trips.
