1. BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Please review what is included, optional, and not included in our coordination package, as well as the role of independent providers and the final choice that remains yours.
2. FILE OPENING
Complete the information questionnaire, confirm the required consents, and securely pay the $100 CAD file opening fee.
This fee will be credited toward your coordination package if you choose to continue your process with My Medical Getaway.
3. FILE REVIEW
Our team reviews the information submitted, ensures that the required elements are present, and prepares your file for the next step in the process.
4. SECURE TRANSMISSION
In accordance with the consents confirmed in your questionnaire, your file is securely transmitted to the relevant independent healthcare facility or professional.
5. REVIEW BY THE INDEPENDENT PROVIDER
The independent provider reviews the information submitted and may provide, as applicable, the proposed care, estimated length of stay, an estimate of medical costs, and the next steps.
Medical services, examinations, diagnoses, clinical decisions, availability, timelines, final medical prices, complications, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the independent provider concerned.
6. PRESENTATION OF ESTIMATES
Our team presents the information received from the independent provider, the applicable administrative and logistical steps, as well as the proposed coordination package for the next stage of your journey.
7. PURCHASE OF THE COORDINATION PACKAGE
If you choose to continue, you proceed with the purchase of the coordination package. My Medical Getaway then confirms the next steps related to the organization of your stay.
8. ORGANIZATION OF THE STAY
Our team coordinates the applicable administrative and logistical elements: general planning, pre-departure information, appointment coordination, included arrival transfer, and available optional services.
9. DEPARTURE, STAY AND RETURN
You travel with the information needed for your stay. Once the journey is completed, our team remains available for any administrative questions related to the coordination services provided.
Medical follow-ups, clinical recommendations, and medical documents are the responsibility of the independent providers concerned.
